Migration from GitHub Pages
Actions Insights no longer publishes to GitHub Pages. Reports are delivered through GitHub-native channels (PR comments, job summaries, checks) with the HTML report uploaded as a workflow artifact.

Accessing Reports
Hosted report URLs are no longer available. Instead:
- PR comment — primary dashboard with failure details
- Job summary — desktop-friendly tables on the workflow run page
- Check run — "Actions Insights" check with annotations
- Artifact — download
actions-insights-reportfrom the workflow run's Artifacts section, then opentest-reports/{branch}/latest/index.htmllocally
Report history is preserved across runs via Actions cache and included in each artifact upload.
